It depends on where you are.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 5 working days. Processing time might be slightly longer during launch of new product, festive season, sales event or shortage of packer.

Delivery by local courier usually take another 1-3 working days during off-peak season.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Restricted Zones Delivery
Our courier will not be able to deliver to restricted area. Buyer who need delivery to Restricted Zones can email us so we can check for you the delivery charges.

Restricted zones may includes:
Jurong Island, Military Base, or other sensitive area that require changing of pass.

Courier partner we use may change from time to time. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We accept payments via all major credit/debit cards or Paynow and Bank Deposit/Transfer. Overseas buyer may need to remit payment with all local and overseas bank charges included.
