- We process warranty according to manufacturer’s warranty policy, which does not include batteries and bulbs, abuse and normal wear and tear.
- We will repair, or replace the product of similar value if we are not able to repair an item.
- Proof of purchase need to be presented.
- Apparel, Backpack, Pouch - Minor stiches issue which does not affect the functionality will not be consider as warranty defect.
- Gerber – 25 years limited warranty. One to one exchange if we cannot repair.
- Pelican Cases – repair will be first option. Parts might need to place order from USA. Waiting time could be 1 to 4 months depending on our shipping date.
- Pelican Flashlight - one to one exchange if we cannot repair. Batteries and bulbs are not covered.
- Silva – Compasses will be one to one exchange if found to be defective within its 5 years warranty. All other items 2 years warranty.
- Streamlight - we will replace a new piece if we cannot repair. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics have a 2 years warranty with proof of purchase.
- Triple Aught Design - minor stiches issue which does not affect the functionality will not be consider as warranty defect – we will need to collect freight charges from you if need us to send back for repair.

Exchange / Refund:
- We have a 7-day chargeable return / exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund excluding shipping fee. Shipping fee is not refundable.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging undamaged/unopened. All included accessories/manual and free gift must also be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- International customer is responsible for both inbound and outbound shipping costs.
