Refund policy

We have a 7-day chargeable return / exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund excluding shipping fee.

Refund calculation:
a. Merchandise $50.00, Shipping Fee $5.00 – Refund will be $42.50
b. Merchandise $500.00, Free Shipping $50.00 for large package – Refund will be $375.00
c. Buyer can email us to check on refund amount before deciding if want to return the order
d. Order below $50.00 are not returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging undamaged/unopened. All included accessories/manual and free gift must also be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return is subjected to approval.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as was used at the time of purchase.

Exchange at showroom
Alternatively, you can return the item at our showroom with proof of purchase for exchange.  Restocking fee will be waived for exchange at showroom.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), hygiene products (such as underwear or facemask) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale / promotion items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place a new order for the item you wish to exchange and seek a refund for your original purchase. Refund is subject to approval and restocking fee.

International Customer
International customer is responsible for both inbound and outbound shipping costs.
