Shipping policy

Shipping Method:

  • Choose the correct shipping method before making payment. Customer who wanted to ship and choose pick up will not be refunded.

 Shipping

  • Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 5 working days.
  • Processing time might be slightly longer during launch of new product, festive season, sales event or shortage of packer.
  • Shipping charges will be computed at time of checkout, depending on shipping method you choose.
  • Local order will be shipped via local courier (may change from time to time), overseas order will be shipped via FedEx.
  • Not all products in this store are eligible for shipping. Use the Shipping filter to choose Local Shipping, Overseas Shipping or In-Store only.
    If you see this statement “This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again” could be due to cart include product that is not eligible for shipping.
  • Our courier will not be able to deliver to restricted area. Buyer who need delivery to Restricted Zones can email us so we can check for you the delivery charges. Restricted zones may includes:Jurong Island, Military Base, or other sensitive area that require changing of pass.

Store Pick Up

  • Local buyer can choose store pick up at check out page.
  • Indicate on Order instructions which store you want to pick up your order. Refer to Contact Us page for store location.
  • You will need to check with our store to confirm if your order is being delivered there before proceeding for pickup. Usually, order will be delivered to store within 1 to 3 working days.
    Do not rush to our store for pickup on the same day of order. You can call
    our store to check for product availability if order is needed urgently.
  • Collection of order larger than 60cm in length or 120cm (Length + Width + Height) can only be done at our MacPherson showroom.
  • Order must be collected with 14 days from the date on which Order are ready for collection.
  • Order not collected after 14 days will be cancelled and payment minus less the 15% restocking fee will be refunded.

Shipping overseas

  • Overseas order will be shipped via FedEx. Charges will be computed at time of checkout.
  • Import duties and taxes or any additional unforeseen charges by 3rd party courier are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • Not all products in this store are eligible for overseas shipping. Use the Shipping filter to choose Local Shipping, Overseas Shipping or In-Store only.

  • At this moment, we do no ship products that contain lithium battery.
  • We currently ship to Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam. 

 Sales of Knife / Parang / Machete / Axe and Multi-Tools (Overseas Buyer):

  • The import, possession, use, and transportation of knives are subject to the laws of your country. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to ensure that
  • the knife can be lawfully imported into your country before placing an order. We will neither be held responsible nor provide a refund if your purchase is forfeited by your country's customs.
